About MeMy name is Kerry Torchia and I'm a Writer and amateur film-maker from Swindon. I'm currently writing freelance for a children's TV show. I've also had sketches performed on stage in Brighton and at the Edinburgh comedy festival. I've won a couple of small writing competitions which have led to some good oppourtuniteis. I've had a sketch made by FunnyOrDie and I was selected by the BBC to attend a writer's masterclass taught by David Mitchell. I started producing my own films back in 2007 and uploading them to Shoepie.co.uk in an effort to get my writing 'out there'. I've also produced promotional videos for local businesses, designed Christmas cards and done character animation for a couple of TV pilots.
